Strategic

Before designing, I look at the ‘bigger picture’ in the product ecosphere to identify relationships, patterns and opportunities to make a larger impact. Analyzing from different perspectives allow me to craft useful solutions.

Includer

When working with others, I always think of ways I can make others feel included, valued and appreciated. I enjoy fostering a sense of belonging when given the opportunity to collaborate with others.

Activator

After research analysis I like to start with design concepts, testing & validating them with users early. This approach gives me confidence knowing that the product I am designing is informed and hitting the mark.

Communication

Ideas take on more meaning when I use storytelling to convey my vision and carefully chosen words to articulate my design rationale with stakeholders in a way that's easy to understand without overusage of UX terminology.

Woo

Establishing genuine relationships with my peers and partners is key to helping me to gain trust and build influence with them. I also use this to cultivate a stronger bond with my team and convey my passion for design.

Creative Strengths

Strong leadership skills, ability to make things happen

Untapped Potential

Balancing productivity with purpose

Real World Application

I am consistent at planning, tracking, documenting and communicating my work with key stakeholders as I go through the product life cycle. I also ensure that my design work is informed by research and tested using clickable prototype concepts with users in the field, gathering their feedback and observing their behavior. I ensure that the product also helps to drive business value through aligning to our product & business partners KPIs and OKRs.

Producer

The PRODUCER is the quintessential “doer” of all the creative types. People-oriented, analytical, pragmatic, and dynamic, you have a highly creative nature that’s balanced by a grounded realism and “get it done” attitude. In your eyes, an idea has real value only when it’s turned into something that others can enjoy and benefit from.

Highly goal-oriented and results-driven, you pursue your desired outcomes with a laser-like focus. You derive great pride and satisfaction from your ability to implement ideas, and you find joy in the process of creation with all its ups and downs. A natural organizer with an ability to motivate and inspire others, you gravitate to collaborative and leadership roles. You know how to make everything, and everyone, work together to see a project through to the end.

Along with your intellectual prowess and strong work ethic, your greatest strength is your ability to keep a cool head and single-pointed focus as you work through any and all challenges that arise during the creative process.

Supportive

Always apt to help support in various ways, whether it’s mentoring, onboarding new team members or helping to be a better partner to stakeholders, I strive to exhibit the characteristics of a servant leader.

Reliable

A big focus of mine is to be that person that others know they can go to in order to get the job done right. I balance this will a bit of practicality as well to make sure that I don’t over commit and under-deliver.

Observant

Seeing the details in things whether it’s people’s interactions with technology or behaviors they exhibit, this helps me to better understand how they think and design solutions based on those insights.

Enthusiastic

Meaningful work to me is exciting work because it helps people. This is something when the moment presents itself, I like to share and encourage others with and let them know the impact they are making.

Hardworking

A job well done is one that has a mark of excellence, meets it’s objectives and fulfills the user’s needs. This is a mindset I take with me into every product that I design, doing what needs to be done to get it right.

Good Practical Skills

The experience I’ve gained over years of learning how to work smart, adopt best practices and being consistent has helped me develop strong practical skills to help others based on years of my applied knowledge.
